How does an architect define strategic goals and objectives?

The process of setting up the project brief is both engaging and collaborative. We believe that the foundation of a successful project lies in understanding the unique needs and aspirations of our clients.

Our initial step involves meeting with clients, ideally on-site, to discuss their goals and preferences. This face-to-face interaction allows us to gain a deeper insight into what drives our clients—be it budget constraints, sustainability goals, or specific spatial requirements. Each client brings a distinct vision to the table, and our role is to listen attentively, absorbing all the details that will shape the project’s direction.

Following this initial meeting, we take time to reflect on the information gathered. We then compile a detailed document that encapsulates the client’s needs and vision. This document serves as a foundation for further discussions, often conducted via online meetings, to refine and finalise the project brief.

By prioritising the client’s voice in the early stages, we ensure that the project is tailored to their specific needs, setting the stage for a successful architectural journey.
