Feasibility studies are a crucial part of the design process, aimed at uncovering the true vision of our clients, even when they find it challenging to articulate their desires.

Clients often come to us with a general idea or feeling about what they want their project to be. Our task is to translate these abstract notions into concrete possibilities. We begin by creating sketch layouts, 3D views, and gathering precedents that align with the client’s initial thoughts. This diverse array of options helps to visualise different aspects of the project, providing a tangible sense of direction.

Our approach is to offer multiple solutions—typically three to five distinct options—each presenting a unique take on the client’s vision. This method encourages clients to explore various possibilities without feeling pressured to commit to a single idea immediately.

By casting a wide net in the initial stages, we ensure that the final design is not only reflective of the client’s vision but also thoroughly tested and refined, leading to a more satisfying architectural outcome.
