An extension and refurbishment project in Brixton, South London. The project gave us the opportunity to continue testing our masonry ‘framing’ technique through the asymmetrical rear elevation, while also adding a ‘framed’ light-filled roof pod home-office at second floor level.

Andrew Paine Architecture have successfully completed a significant number of redevelopment projects along this street, providing generally upwards of 30% floor area increase and consequent uplift in the property value.
